Munan Rijal is the President of the Confederation of Nepalese Industries Young Entrepreneurs Forum (CNIYEF) Koshi Province, a dynamic platform dedicated to empowering young business leaders in Nepal.

Munan completed his schooling and undergraduate studies in India before graduating from Ace Institute of Management in Kathmandu. He serves as the Managing Director of Swastik Rolling Mills, with Bajrang Steel as its flagship brand. The company manufactures various structural steel products, including MT Rebars, I-Beams, Angles, C-Channels, and Square Rods. ​

Under Munan's leadership, CNIYEF Koshi has become a vibrant community, actively engaging in entrepreneurship, leadership, and learning activities across the province. He is committed to collaborating with government bodies, provincial ministries, and stakeholders to enhance the entrepreneurship development ecosystem in Koshi Province. ​

Munan's leadership was prominently featured at the inaugural CNIYEF SYNERGY Leadership Conclave 2024, held in Kathmandu. The event brought together provincial presidents, including Munan, to discuss leadership, policy advocacy, and sustainable growth. ​
