Suman Rayamajhi is the Co-founder and Managing Director of Upaya, a leading tech-enabled logistics company in Nepal. With over 20 years of diverse experience in logistics, technology, telecom, startups, private equity, and finance, he is on a mission to consolidate and modernize Nepal’s fragmented logistics sector through technology-driven solutions and strategic infrastructure investment.

Before founding Upaya, Suman played a vital role in operationalizing Smart Telecom with the launch of 4G services and securing funding for network expansion. He also co-founded beed management and served as CEO of Business Oxygen (BO2), Nepal’s first SME-focused private equity fund backed by the IFC. His earlier career includes advisory roles at World Bank projects and leadership positions at Rastriya Banijya Bank.

A Chartered Accountant trained at PwC India, he also pursued advanced negotiation training at Harvard Negotiation Institute, strengthening his expertise in deal-making and business leadership.
